Gunta Stölzl was a textile designer in Germany, the only female master of the Bauhaus school and a major influence in the textile style and technique of the school. Her designs and sketches are incredibly inspiring.

I have a question, though. Do you think Anni Albers would be considered a master of the Bauhaus? Or maybe master was a title Gunta earned at the school? Just curious!

Hey there!
Thank you so so much for your comments!! I love Anni Albers and would definitely consider her a master in my book but she didn't officially receive the title at the Bauhaus school.
